Romanii reusesc tot mai greu sa vanda o casa in aceasta perioada. Cel mai greu se vand vilele, existand situatii cand un anunt sta pe piata chiar si 8 luni, potrivit expertului imobiliar Florin Zamfirescu.
In astfel de situatii se pare ca tot mai multi aleg sa-si vanda casa in rate, fiind vorba in special de persoane fizice.
Lucrurile stau si mai grav in cazul celor care detin mai multe proprietati chiar si daca au scazut preturile locuintelor scoase la vanzare, potrivit publicatiei Evenimentul Zilei.
